              End Users who buy into our service for an end-to-end solution 
              customised to their needs (or, increasingly, off-the-shelf if it 
              is relatively simple implementation.) 
            2) 
              Intermediaries who operate as installers or service sales 
              organisations into sectors that can purchase our solutions.  
            In 
              each case we prefer to work in an open partnership where we have 
              built a good understanding of each other's best interests. While 
              sensing applications are becoming more commonplace, the field is 
              developing rapidly so being able to properly specify an existing 
              and a potential future requirement is extremely important.
